Shipping policy

Thank You for visiting and shopping SwiftCart. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Processing Times: Orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Time: Standard Delivery, usually ranges from 7 to 20 days depending on the destination and courier. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing times or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation and Order Tracking: Customers  will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 2-5 business days. You can track your order directly on our website or via major tracking portals like USPS and 17track.

Custom duties and taxes: SwiftCart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple Shipments: To offer our customers the best selection of products, your items may be sourced from different fulfillment partners. If you have multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times.
